"There comes a time when you need to stop handing out flyers and get back to the damn shop" (You will from time to time need to re focus. Attack a task from a different way to improve mental vigilance)

Saturday 30th July.
Kata. All Wado Ryu Kata completed.
7 exercise dumbell circuit. Light weights with 10 fast reps, completed 4 times.
Sunday 31st July.
2 hours high grade kata course
Monday 1st August
30 mins Gym bike, approx 26.25k on random program at level 20.
Basic karate techniques
8 weight machines. Reducing weight and increase reps.
Tuesday 2nd August.
Gym bike set to race mode, level 20. Flat out 10k, approx 11 mins 15 secs
Above dumbell circuit
2 hours high grade karate class. Kata, pairs, kick bags and sparring.
Wednesday 3rd August
2 hours karate. Dan grade syllabus, bag work.
Thursday 4th August
30 mins gym bike. Level 20, race mode

7.5 k run
2 hours karate class. All grade, syllabus training
